Maribel Trujillo Diaz was deported for doing nothing. She was low hanging fruit, who did everything right. She has no criminal record. She shouldn’t have been on the radar. But, she was easy to find, easy to grab, and easy to deport. She had applied for asylum twice. Her third application is PENDING right now! Why was she deported with an active asylum application? Especially one that may have merit, as it’s based on her father having been kidnapped, and her family being targeted by a cartel. What is WRONG with our country?
