I’m on my way to Roswell, and decided to make a pit stop here at Valley of the Fires to get some quick pictures to share. If you haven’t visited, or if it’s been a long time, you should check it out and maybe camp. It’s located in Lincoln County, NM, and is a beautiful deep black ancient lava flow. There is a trail, accessible for wheel chairs so you can get right in and see the natural beauty. There are multiple campsites, two of which are accessible.
