Sexual abuse is more likely to occur in PRIVATE schools! This fact is unlikely to change Betsy DeVos’s elitist and corporatist drive to change our country from PUBLIC to PRIVATE education. Even with this stunning new allegation at the exclusive Choate school (where John F Kennedy went). The rise in incidences is due to lack of public oversight, and the separation of children from parents in a manner which largely excludes parental participation.
I support maintaining, and improving PUBLIC education. People with money can dig into their own pockets to send their children elsewhere.
