Juan Manuel Montes, a DACA student has been illegally deported! His paperwork was in his car & he wasn’t allowed to get it. Within 3 hrs the CA student was in Mexico! No clothes. No money. Not even the wallet he had left in his car. A friend had to drive across the border to bring him some stuff. This is unconscionable! This is a contributing person! We MUST protect our DREAMers! How long will it be before one of our NM kids gets dropped off just over the border! Let me know via IM if you know of anything like this happening here!

This DREAMer, Flores Fuentes of NC is getting deported for no good reason! She is an Honor Student at her college, she has no police record! It shouldn’t matter that some judge, years ago, ordered her out because she didn’t attend a hearing when she was a little kid. She has since been given DACA status. That should supersede the prior ruling. Talk about low hanging fruit! We MUST protect these kids!
