We now have a Special Counsel, former CIA Director Robert Mueller to investigate Trump-Russia. Kudos to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for moving on to this crucial next step. It’s important that the American people know the full depth of any collusion between the President, his team, and Russia… and if none exists. Only by moving forward can we put this mess behind us.

Trump delivered the commencement address to the graduating class of the Coast Guard Academy. Unfortunately, he spoke only of himself and his great adversity… and told them to “fight, fight, fight” against people that accuse them of things they didn’t do. Meaning him. He’s got to “fight, fight, fight” against the rest of us. To use his word – SAD!

Jason Chaffetz has requested Comey’s memos and records of his discussions with the President. This is a good step forward. What matters, however, is what Congress does with the material. At issue is whether Donald Trump attempted to interfere in an FBI investigation. This is an impeachable offense. The Republicans may go no further, but after the election in 2018 I will be working for YOU!
The words of John Kennedy hold true today. In order to be a successful democracy we must be an educated people. Then, we must PARTICIPATE in our political system. We cannot sit on the sidelines of history and watch as other people, often less educated people, make improper decisions that affect us all. It’s time to take a stand.
