Today, we are watching the attempt of corporations to wrest government control from “the people by the people” and replace it with “by the corporations for the corporations.” We cannot stand by and watch as this unfolds. NM lawmakers are considering suing Gov Martinez over defundng the legislature. Since it’s 1/3 the govt they believe she is effectively taking power by not providing necessary operating funds. What do you think?
Sexual abuse is more likely to occur in PRIVATE schools! This fact is unlikely to change Betsy DeVos’s elitist and corporatist drive to change our country from PUBLIC to PRIVATE education. Even with this stunning new allegation at the exclusive Choate school (where John F Kennedy went). The rise in incidences is due to lack of public oversight, and the separation of children from parents in a manner which largely excludes parental participation.
I support maintaining, and improving PUBLIC education. People with money can dig into their own pockets to send their children elsewhere.

Trump and his cronies lack good ethics. Jeff Sessions’ Justice Dept dropped out of this Texas suit on behalf of the poor. The Judge just ruled in FAVOR of the poor – meaning the AG would have won. Instead, he opted to join the Dark Side.
