Children Need to Feel Safe

Si se puede! I agree with Bernie Sanders. Children need to feel safe. Fathers shouldn’t be picked up on the way to dropping their children off at school. Mothers shouldn’t be separated from their children when they go to court to get a restraining order against an abusive spouse. Dreamers shouldn’t sit in detention for months without knowing why they were picked up. Violent criminals, of course they should go. But quiet, contributing families? That’s a horse of a different color.
